There are two halls available for rent upstairs in our building, the Patty Olson (North) and South Halls. The Patty Olson Hall has a commercial kitchen, a meeting area and a large hall. The total number of people allowed in this hall and meeting area is 312.  If there are tables there is a lower upper limit.  The South Hall has a large dance floor and a stage area for concerts. The maximum number of people is 265. It is possible to rent either hall or both. Here is how to go about doing this.  

You can contact our manager  in person or by phone by coming to his office upstairs in the lodge hall or calling during regular office hours which are: Monday and Wednesday 2:00-4:00P.M.. Usually a deposit is required to reserve a date and time. There are special rates for non-profit or community events.

If you are planning to request a larger discount or donated use of the halls, you must send a letter to Barnum Lodge #7 clearly explaining your request and detailing the halls that you desire. You must also include your Nonprofit ID number or some other explanation of why you should be considered for nonprofit donation. Bear in mind that a lodge member will have to agree to be here as staff,so please clearly state the reason for your request. Do not forget that the halls and kitchen are all separate so be specific. Please allow one (1) month for the lodge to consider your proposal. Your letter of proposal may be sent to the Lodge via mail at our mailing address or care of the manager via email. Important Note: The manager is not authorized to grant any discounts or donations to anyone.
